"CASIO Keyboard & Heartbreak" is bedroom-pop, literally.

Each of these eleven covers were recorded in one take at Rswll's home studio--his bedroom at his parents’ house. Each song consists of nothing more than vocals, keyboard, a drum machine, and occasionally an analog synth.

Rswll produced this record for two reasons: To develop his performance skills, and to work through the emotions that prevented him from recording his subsequent LP, emotions that would summon literal sobs in the midst of recording.

Coincidentally, this record and the following 'How I Learned to Love The Bomb' share a narrative arc, both accounting the rise and fall of a first love.
